Bharuch's own pets, finally in the spotlight
For years, India's biggest pet celebrations have belonged to Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru — big stages, big cities, big budgets. Somewhere in that noise, the pets of smaller cities like ours were never invited to the party. The tailless street dog who guards your gali. The Indie cat who adopted your terrace. The Labrador who waits by the door every evening at 6 sharp. They deserved a stage too. We just had to build it ourselves.
That's where The Pet Hub Bharuch Pet Awards began — not in a boardroom, but across our store counter. Every week, the same proud pet parents would walk in, phones out, saying "Dekho na, mera baby kitna cute lagta hai is photo mein" (look how cute my baby looks in this photo). We realised Bharuch didn't need another awards show borrowed from somewhere else. It needed one that felt like home.
Why we started this
Pet parenting in India has changed. It's no longer just about a guard dog in the courtyard — pets today are family. They get birthday cakes, festival outfits, and their own spot in every family photo. Cities like Bharuch, growing fast but still close-knit, have quietly become home to thousands of such families — each one convinced their pet is the most special one on the street.
We wanted to give that pride a real platform. Not a competition judged by strangers who've never met your pet, but one voted for by the community that knows them — your neighbours, your society WhatsApp group, your colleagues, your college friends. A celebration built on paws, not politics.
How it works, the Bharuch way
Every pet parent in Bharuch can create a page for their companion — a photo, a little story, a personality on display. From there, it's simple: the more paws (votes) a pet earns from the community, the closer they get to being crowned Bharuch's favourite. No entry fees, no fine print, no hidden catch — just genuine love, counted one paw at a time.

We're keeping this celebration focused on Bharuch for now, on purpose. This is a hometown story before it's anything bigger — a chance for us to get it right, city by city, the same way every great Indian tradition starts small before it becomes something everyone waits for.

Every entry on this platform is a small, real love story from somewhere in Bharuch — and together, they tell a bigger one about who we are as a city.
